I’m a neuroscientist passionate about understanding how the brain generates behavior. I have 6 years of research experience in neuroscience, statistical models, and machine learning. I master in-vivo electrophysiology and use neural data to reverse engineer the algorithms supporting complex behavior.

Experimental expertise: in-vivo electrophysiology, optogenetics, mouse behavior, stereotaxic surgery, histology.

Data expertise: data analysis pipelines, supervised and unsupervised machine learning: regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction, time-series analysis, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

Programming languages: Python, MATLAB.
